Delete Your Qevra Account

You may request deletion of your Qevra account and associated personal data using the form below. You may also use the in-app Delete Account option when available.

What happens after your request

We may verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account except information that we or your business organization are required or permitted to retain for legitimate tax, accounting, audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, contractual, or legal purposes.

If you use Qevra through an employer or business account, mileage, expense, receipt, reimbursement, and similar business records may remain available to that organization when necessary for its legitimate business or legal recordkeeping obligations, even after your personal user profile is deleted.
